Support is tailored to your stage of life, symptoms, and priorities — not one-size-fits-all protocols. Many women come to these sessions after feeling rushed, dismissed, or unsure what to ask in brief medical visits. This consult is designed to slow things down so you can understand what’s happening and feel confident about next steps.

FAQs
Do I need labs before my session?
No. Labs are not required. If you have recent labs, we’ll review them together. If not, we’ll focus on symptoms and patterns and discuss whether testing might be helpful.
Can you order labs or prescribe medications?
I do not prescribe medications in these sessions.
I can recommend appropriate labs or functional testing and help you understand how results fit into the bigger picture, including guidance around supplement optimization when relevant.
These sessions are educational and non-medical, with the goal of helping you understand patterns, interpret information, and prepare for informed conversations with your healthcare provider.
What kind of labs can I upload?
Bloodwork, thyroid panels, DUTCH testing, lipid, insulin and glucose markers, micronutrients, or functional labs you’ve already completed.
Will I receive a plan or summary?
Yes. Every session includes a personalized written summary and simple, actionable next steps.
