Women’s Hormone Health & Functional Wellness

About Me

I’m a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and a Certified Menopause Practitioner through the North American Menopause Society.

I completed my doctorate degrees in women’s health and midwifery at the University of Utah, trained in functional medicine through The Institute for Functional Medicine, and studied holistic nutrition, herbal medicine, mindfulness, and menopause care through a range of trusted experts and advanced training programs.

For more than two decades, I’ve worked at the intersection of women’s hormones, functional medicine, and real-life wellness.

My approach blends modern science with ancient wisdom—drawing from functional medicine, holistic nutrition, and mindfulness, and is designed to meet you exactly where you are to help you understand what’s happening in your body, make sense of confusing lab results, and most importantly to feel like yourself again.

My philosophy:

When you understand your hormones and learn to listen to your body, you feel more empowered, more grounded, and able to show up better in your life.

Whether you’re navigating perimenopause, trying to optimize your hormones for the long term, or finally seeking clarity after being told “everything looks normal,” you’re in the right place!

xx

I'm interested in women's health because I'm a woman. I'd be a darn fool not to be on my own side.”
